EVERYONE ATTENDING DRIFT CIRCUIT MUST SIGN A WAIVER.

ENGINE - Modifications to the engine should not interfere with required safety systems of the vehicle (brakes, steering, etc). Engine modifications must also not leak fluids. All aftermarket piping must be properly secured to the frame of the vehicle. Vehicles with engine swaps must have all intake, intercooler, and exhaust piping properly secured to the vehicle.

BRAKES - Brakes must be in good working condition in order to control the car in case of an emergency, the brake pad should have at least 50% of their thickness remaining, one day at the track can cause an excessive ammount of wear on braking materials. Brakes must be free of fluid leaks.

TIRES - A decent set of tires is necessary to attend this event, it is very likely the tires will wear out at the event. It is mandatory that you bring a spare tire in case of a blow out, and it is strongly recommended that you bring plenty of extra tires for the event in order to maximize your track time.

IF YOUR VEHICLE LEAKS FLUIDS OF ANY KIND YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE TRACK.

Driver Rules

1. All drivers must register their vehicles at the Vehicle Sign In Area prior to entry. At Vehicle Sign In Area we will confirm your pre-payment or process your Day of the Event charges and give you instructions on where to pit your vehicle.

2. All first time drifters must notify the attendant at vehicle sign in to receive a track orientation. All rules are printed on the inside of the race program you receive when you enter the main entrance. Please read all rules and regulations prior to entering a course.

3. Only Registered Drivers in Registered Vehicles can be on the track. Registered Drivers are welcome to swap Registered Vehicles amongst other Registered Drivers.

4. Mandatory Driver Attire goes as follows: covered shoes, and a racing helmet. Racing suits are strongly encouraged. Helmets must remain on and strapped as long as a vehicle is on the track or staging.

5. No trucks, vans, or SUVs are allowed to drift without approval. Drift Circuit reserves the right to refuse track use to any vehicle deemed unsafe for participation.

Passengers

1. Only one passenger, other than the driver, is allowed while drifting.

2. Passengers must board or exit their host’s vehicle prior to entering the track.

3. Passengers must sit in the front seat of the vehicle and wear proper safety restraints at all times.

4. Drivers are responsible for making sure that each passenger follows appropriate rules and regulations.

5. Passangers must be wearing covered shoes, and a racing helmet. Racing suits are strongly encouraged. Helmets must remain on and strapped as long as a vehicle is on the track or staging.

6. All body parts should remain within the vehicle at all times.

7. All passengers must be at least 14 years old.

.Spectators

1. All spectators must park their vehicles in the designated parking area.

2. All spectators must remain behind the safety barriers at all times. Safety barriers are not always set up so use your judgment when choosing an area to watch the event.

3. Spectators are asked not to proceed past the safety barriers. Spectators are also asked to stay off the track at all times.

4. Please keep all vehicle speed to a minimum outside of the course.
